Curtis Bashaw, co-founder and co-managing partner of Cape Advisors and Cape Resorts. For over 30 years, Mr. Bashaw has served as an asset manager, project manager, and/or partner in dozens of real estate development projects, including hotel, restaurant, retail, mixed use, office and residential. Mr. Bashaw currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the New York Academy of Art, the board of Cape May Stage, the Cape May City Mayor’s Advisory Committee, the First Legislative District (NJ) Economic Task Force, and is the Founder and President of the Fund For Cape May. He has served as the Executive Director of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, on the Board of Trustees of Richard Stockton College, including a term as President of the Board, the NJ Governor’s Tourism Advisory Council, the NJ Cultural Trust, and was a Founding Director and board member of the Cape May Jazz Festival. He earned a Masters of Business Administration at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature at Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois.
