Our current investment focus centers on the following types of properties:

Hotel and Retail Properties

 
  • Mid Atlantic to New England;
  • Resort towns or locations with a strong sense of place;
  • The town or city should have the prospect of attracting visitors on an 8 to 12 month basis;
  • Prefer properties and/or locations that are historical;
  • Project sizes of 25 rooms to 200 rooms for hotels and 70,000 sf for retail;
  • Prefer in-town locations, walkable to other amenities including good retail;
  • Value-added projects where moderate to extensive rehabilitation, new construction, outstanding design and/or intensive management will create value.
     

    Multi-family Residential Projects

     
  • New York City;
  • Multi-family rental and/or condominium projects with retail components;
  • Prefer rehab/expansion of existing properties;
  • Value added projects where moderate to extensive rehabilitation, new construction, outstanding design and/or intensive management will create value;
  • Project sizes of 40,000 sf to 300,000 sf.

  • Cape May County and New Jersey Shore – Hotels, retail and residential;
  • Newburgh, NY – Office, multifamily residential;
  • Utah – Multifamily residential;
