Cape Advisors recently completed the ground up development of 30 Warren Street, a full block-front development in Tribeca fronting on Warren, Church and Chamber Streets. Closings at the building are well underway. Designed by Post-Office Architects (POA) with HTO Architects as executive architect, 30 Warren houses 23 design-forward residences each with a clean and refreshing Tribeca aesthetic and distinctly modern layout. A custom-crafted, ribbed concrete façade characterizes 30 Warren’s refined exterior. Tapering through a series of elegant setbacks, the rigid yet thin concrete panels create a sort of veil which encapsulates the building while creating a striking architectural addition to Tribeca. The interiors feature millwork custom fabricated in the Hudson Valley with thoughtful finishes such as saddle leather and brass detailing, built-in cutlery drawers and warm oak cabinet and drawer interiors with custom lighting.
The single-story flagship retail space on the corner of Church Street and Chambers Street features a double heigh glass curtainwall and glass skylight. The space has been leased to Spectrum and will be used as one of their flagship stores.
