Cape Advisors acquired the 90 acre Eagle Village site in 1996 and took the project through an extensive approval process with a New Urban master plan that entitled approximately 1,000 homes and apartments, approximately 200,000 sf of office projects and over 250,000 sf of retail development. Cape developed over 120 homes and apartments, 25,000 sf of office and 50,000 sf of retail before selling the property.
