Cape Advisors completed the development of 19-23 St. Marks Place in 2003. 19-23 St Marks Place is an eight-story 41 unit apartment building in the heart of the East Village. The loft like building offers 10’ to 12’ foot ceilings, art moderne inspired bathrooms and retro kitchens. The façade was meticulously executed with reclaimed bricks from the original 1880’s structure, period lintels, fluted panels and an elegantly detailed wood cornice to complement the neighborhood aesthetics that give the East Village its edge and drama. Large private terraces and a common roof deck capture expansive city views in the heart of Greenwich Village.
