Cape Advisors completed the development of the Chelsea Hotel and Teplitzky’s in 2008. Teplitzky’s was a late-night diner located on the ground floor of the Chelsea Hotel in Atlantic City. The restaurant is reminiscent of a 1960's era coffee shop with terrazzo floors, redwood walls, cork ceiling, and a bar with cantilevered stools. A rear cocktail lounge opens up to the pool area and features decorative masonry walls around the booths. Cape Advisors’ former subsidiary, Cape Resorts Group, managed the property through 2016.
