Cape Advisors successfully completed the acquisition, development and lease-up of Astoria West, a new residential development that redefined the rental market in Astoria. This two and a half acre waterfront site was acquired by Cape Advisors in early 2018. The project includes a total of 534 rental apartments and over 40,000 square feet of indoor outdoor amenities including a rooftop pool with sweeping views of the East River and Manhattan skyline.
Construction commenced in 2019 and was completed in 2022. The initial lease-up of the building was completed in mid-2023. Cape Advisors continues to serve as property manager of Astoria West.
